In individual lessons, a dialogue is created between the client and the Feldenkrais teacher. The client usually lies on the specific Feldenkrais table, and non-verbal communication emerges between the subtle, "hands-on" movement invitations from the teacher and the client’s observations. Although words may be used at times, the emphasis is mostly on the physical interaction.

Each individual lesson begins with the question: “What would you like to do more easily?” This may relate to a mental function one wishes to improve or something from daily life, such as: walking or running more easily, sitting longer at a computer, dancing, playing sports, or playing music with more joy. People with neurological conditions such as cerebral palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, or brain injuries also come to the practice for individual treatments. Even people with burnout complaints or vague physical pain symptoms seek our help.

Special processes arise during the treatments, resulting in the development of new coordination and movement possibilities. These insights often lead to less pain in the body and more relaxation in the mind in daily life.
